Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in mental health or psychology preferred.
  • Previous experience in a mental health or healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment methods.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure in crisis scenarios.
  • Physical stamina and strength to assist patients as needed.
