Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in mental health or psychology preferred.
- Previous experience in a mental health or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment methods.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure in crisis scenarios.
- Physical stamina and strength to assist patients as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
