Responsibilities
- Perform debeaking procedures on poultry to prevent aggressive behavior and promote flock health.

- Maintain accurate records of animal health, treatments, and debeaking procedures.
- Assist in the feeding, watering, and overall care of poultry and other livestock.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of animal housing areas to promote hygiene.
- Support the delivery of young animals and assist in breeding operations when required.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and farm management to implement health protocols and improve animal welfare.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in animal science or veterinary assistance preferred.
- Previous experience in poultry care, farm operations, or animal husbandry.
- Knowledge of animal welfare standards and best practices in poultry management.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and restraining animals safely.
- Strong observational skills to detect health issues and behavioral changes in poultry.
