Job Brief
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the manufacturing processes within a production facility. This role entails planning, directing, and controlling work activities and resources to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to cost and quantity specifications. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure efficiency and safety.

- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive operational excellence.
- Manage the plant budget and optimize costs while maintaining product quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably as a Plant Manager.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficient in data analysis and production management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and reducing costs.
