Responsibilities

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in payroll auditing, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
- Certification in payroll or auditing (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional – CPP, Certified Internal Auditor – CIA) is a plus.
