Job Brief

As a Parking Ramp Attendant, you will be responsible for efficiently managing vehicle parking in designated areas such as parking lots or garages. Your primary duties include parking vehicles, issuing tickets, and collecting fees from customers. Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on duty.
  • Assist in managing peak hours by directing vehicle flow and reducing congestion.
  • Perform routine inspections of parking facilities and report maintenance needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in parking or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and payment processing.
  • Familiarity with parking management systems and equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
