Job Brief
The Over The Horizon Targeting (Oth T) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of weapons specialists and crew members engaged in advanced targeting operations. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in military operations or targeting systems, with a focus on Oth T applications.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Technical proficiency in weapons systems and targeting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess operational data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in military operations or weapons handling preferred.
