Responsibilities

- Handle objections and answer questions to facilitate customer decision-making.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize calling strategies and improve performance.
- Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and market conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques and practices is a plus for donation solicitation roles.
