Job Brief

As an Organizational Psychologist, you will apply psychological principles to enhance workplace efficiency and employee well-being. Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in employee performance and productivity.
  • Design and implement employee testing and selection processes to ensure optimal hiring practices.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to create policies that support a positive organizational culture and work environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in organizational development or human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation related to employee performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with training and development techniques, including e-learning methodologies.
  • Certification in Organizational Psychology or related field is a plus.
