Job Brief
As an Oil Furnace Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems, specifically oil burners, hot-air furnaces, and heating stoves. Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues, providing timely solutions to enhance system efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their heating needs and recommend appropriate systems or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for compliance and customer reference.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations while performing installations and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns related to heating systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to ensure best practices are implemented.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems preferred.
- Proven experience as an Oil Furnace Installer or similar role in the HVAC industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of heating systems, including oil furnaces and burners.
- Valid HVAC technician license and relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex heating systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform installations and repairs in various environments.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the HVAC industry.
