Job Brief

As an Oil Furnace Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems, specifically oil burners, hot-air furnaces, and heating stoves. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues, providing timely solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their heating needs and recommend appropriate systems or upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for compliance and customer reference.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations while performing installations and repairs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Oil Furnace Installer or similar role in the HVAC industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of heating systems, including oil furnaces and burners.
  • Valid HVAC technician license and relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex heating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform installations and repairs in various environments.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the HVAC industry.
