Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in nursing administration.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement processes, and patient safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve patient care outcomes.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Certifications such as Nurse Executive (NE-BC) or similar credential is advantageous.
