Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Operate and control nuclear reactors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Move control rods and manage reactor core operations to maintain optimal performance.
- Start and stop equipment as necessary, monitoring system performance throughout.
- Record operational data in logs and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement emergency procedures promptly in response to operational anomalies.
- Analyze abnormal conditions, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to optimize reactor operations and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Valid nuclear operator license or certification as required by regulatory bodies.
- Proven experience in a nuclear power plant or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of nuclear safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
