Job Brief

The Nuclear & Chemical Weapons Employment Officer is responsible for managing personnel and weapons operations aimed at neutralizing enemy positions, aircraft, and vessels. This role involves planning and coordinating the tactical deployment of field artillery and air defense missile systems, overseeing the storage and handling of nuclear munitions, and ensuring the security of weapons storage and launch facilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in military operations, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of nuclear and chemical weapon systems.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute tactical operations for the deployment of field artillery and air defense artillery missile systems.
  • Coordinate the targeting and launching of intercontinental ballistic missiles in compliance with military protocols.
  • Direct the establishment and operation of fire control communications systems to ensure effective communication during operations.
  • Oversee the storage, handling, and security of nuclear munitions and components to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage the maintenance and readiness of weapons systems, ensuring optimal functionality for operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with military personnel to develop strategies for effective engagement with enemy forces.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures for weaponry operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to personnel involved in weapons operations and security protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Military Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in military operations or weapons management.
  • Extensive knowledge of nuclear and chemical weapons systems and their operational protocols.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to operate under pressure.
  • Familiarity with fire control communications systems and missile targeting procedures.
  • Certification in weapons safety and handling is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
