Job Brief
The Multi Discipline Counter Intelligence Operator/Analyst plays a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating threats to national security by employing advanced counterintelligence techniques. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intelligence analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Implement counterintelligence operations to protect sensitive information and assets.
- Collaborate with various military and intelligence agencies to share and coordinate vital operational information.
- Utilize advanced surveillance and reconnaissance techniques to gather actionable intelligence.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommending strategies for threat mitigation.
- Engage in continuous training and development to stay updated on counterintelligence methodologies and technologies.
- Participate in field operations and drills to enhance tactical readiness and response capabilities.
- Evaluate and enhance existing counterintelligence programs based on emerging threats and operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in military intelligence, law enforcement, or a related operational environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in intelligence analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of counterintelligence practices and national security protocols.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools relevant to intelligence operations.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Defense Financial Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in high-stress environments.
