Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, including models, actors, and athletes.
- Negotiate contracts and business agreements on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
- Provide strategic career advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the industry.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for clients, including casting calls, auditions, and sponsorship deals.
- Coordinate logistics for client engagements, including travel arrangements and schedules.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and other industry professionals to enhance client visibility.
- Manage financial aspects of client accounts, including payments and commission structures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a modeling agent or in a related role within the entertainment industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship building.
- Knowledge of modeling industry standards, contracts, and best practices.
- Ability to identify talent and opportunities that align with market trends.
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools for talent management.
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
