Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and mixology techniques to create innovative beverage options.
- Interact with guests to recommend drinks and accommodate special requests.
- Ensure a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff on mixology skills and service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with a passion for beverage innovation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in bartending or mixology preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
- Must be of legal drinking age and comply with local alcohol service regulations.
