Job Brief
The Mining Payloader Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery, specifically payloaders, to excavate and load loose materials at surface mining sites. Responsibilities
- Operate payloader machinery to load materials such as sand, gravel, and minerals into trucks or processing equipment.

- Monitor the operation of machinery and perform routine maintenance as necessary.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience operating payloaders or similar heavy machinery in a mining or construction environment.
- Valid heavy equipment operator’s license or certification.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in heavy machinery operation.
- Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment.
