Responsibilities

  • Prepare and blend curing mixtures, including salts, spices, and preservatives, according to established recipes.
  • Conduct quality control checks to assess product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize processing schedules and enhance efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.

Requirements
