Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, food safety, or meat inspection.
- Knowledge of USDA regulations and food safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in inspections.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Certifications in food safety or meat inspection are desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and technology for data collection and reporting.
