Job Brief
The Lumber Kiln Operator is responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining heating equipment to dry and cure lumber products. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of kiln machinery to prevent operational disruptions.
- Record and analyze data related to moisture content and drying cycles to optimize processes.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in wood processing or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Lumber Kiln Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of kiln operations, wood drying principles, and moisture measurement techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and implement precise drying schedules.
