Job Brief
The Loss Prevention Supervisor oversees the security operations within an organization, ensuring the safety of personnel and property. Responsibilities

- Train and mentor security staff on best practices in theft prevention and emergency response.
- Monitor surveillance systems and investigate incidents of theft or fraud.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies on security and theft-related issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement training programs to educate employees on loss prevention and safety measures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in loss prevention, security management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and loss prevention techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Certification in security management or loss prevention (CPLP or similar) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
