Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Long Wall Shearer Operator or in a similar underground mining role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for mining machinery.
- Familiarity with mining safety standards and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to work in physically demanding and confined underground environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
