Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mining or heavy machinery preferred.
- Proven experience as a Long Wall Operator or similar role in underground mining.
- Familiarity with longwall mining systems and associated technologies.
- Strong understanding of mining safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in challenging and confined environments.
- Valid mining operator certification and relevant safety training certifications.
