- Conduct public demonstrations and educational sessions about lion behavior and conservation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in animal training.
Requirements
- Proven experience in animal training, specifically with large carnivores like lions.
- Strong understanding of animal behavior and training methodologies.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and maintain composure.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both animals and the public.
- Certifications in animal training or related fields are preferred.
- First aid and CPR certification for animal care is a plus.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
