Responsibilities
- Sell life, health, property, and casualty insurance products to clients.

- Prepare and present insurance policy proposals that align with client requirements.

- Refer clients to independent brokers when necessary and coordinate communication.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the agency’s management systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Life Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role within the insurance industry.
- Valid insurance license as required by state regulations.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
