Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide expert counseling and therapeutic services aimed at promoting optimal mental and emotional health. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
- Proven experience in providing counseling or therapy in a clinical setting.
- Strong proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for mental health disorders.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation requirements.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in mental health practices.
