Job Brief
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will perform therapeutic massages targeting soft tissues and joints to promote relaxation and wellness. Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to understand their health goals and preferences regarding massage techniques.

- Adhere to industry standards and best practices in hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and trends to enhance service offerings.
- Promote wellness and educate clients on self-care practices and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
Requirements
- Valid state license as a Massage Therapist, with certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
- Ability to assess and evaluate client needs, developing effective and personalized treatment plans.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform massages for extended periods while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to massage therapy practices.
- Continuing education in massage therapy and related fields is preferred.
