Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and body treatments.
- Provide laser hair removal and electrology services in accordance with safety and industry standards.
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare regimens to clients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Educate clients on proper skincare practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Esthetician, with additional certifications in laser hair removal and electrology preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a skincare or beauty setting.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships.
- Ability to perform treatments with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety protocols.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments, including evenings and weekends.
