Responsibilities

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel, with expertise in litigation or transactional law.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
