Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Lease Examiner or in a similar role within real estate or title insurance.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and title examination processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using title search software and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Certification in title examination or related field is a plus.
