Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated Ladies Locker Room Attendant to provide exceptional service to patrons in locker rooms, dressing rooms, and coatrooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while assisting customers with their personal items. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Previous experience in hospitality or facility maintenance is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, dressing rooms, and coatrooms.
- Provide personal items such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities to guests.
- Assist clients with locker rentals, ensuring proper usage and security of personal belongings.
- Monitor and restock supplies to guarantee availability for patrons.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols within the facility.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a locker room attendant, housekeeping staff, or in a customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to public facilities.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
