Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in legal adjudication or public service roles, particularly in claims processing.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and government regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to remain impartial and fair in all proceedings.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Certification as a Justice of the Peace or equivalent credential may be required.
