Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Maintain and update candidate and employer databases for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
  • Monitor industry trends and job market conditions to advise candidates and employers effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or job placement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor market trends and workforce development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and employers.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple placements simultaneously.
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
