Responsibilities

- Analyze and recommend benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure consistency in job classification and compensation.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and analyze their impact on the organization’s compensation strategy.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of job evaluation methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Job Analyst or in a similar role within HR.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, job evaluation methods, and market analysis.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and HRIS software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to compensation and benefits.
- Certification in compensation management (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
