Job Brief
As an Invisible Braces Orthodontist, you will play a crucial role in examining, diagnosing, and treating dental malocclusions and oral cavity anomalies. You will design and fabricate custom orthodontic appliances to realign teeth and jaws, ensuring normal function and enhancing aesthetic appearance. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree, along with specialized training in orthodontics. Responsibilities
- Examine patients to diagnose dental malocclusions and oral health issues.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing invisible braces and other orthodontic appliances.
- Fabricate custom aligners and retainers to achieve optimal teeth alignment.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the use of orthodontic appliances.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
- Current state dental license and board certification in orthodontics.
- Proficiency in using digital imaging and orthodontic software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
