Responsibilities

  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and hazard recognition.
  • Investigate and analyze incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards, ensuring all operations meet required safety criteria.
  • Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including reports, safety data sheets, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Safety Engineer or similar role in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
