Job Brief
The Aptitude Test (SAT) Grader is responsible for evaluating and scoring standardized test responses with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Evaluate student responses on SAT aptitude tests according to established grading criteria.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in scoring while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Document and report grading results, including identifying trends and patterns in student performance.
- Collaborate with educational staff to refine grading rubrics and assessment tools.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes and student preparation.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on grading practices and educational standards.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all test materials and student information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
