The Apartment Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, including leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance. Responsibilities

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and property standards.
- Prepare and manage the property budget, monitoring expenses and income to ensure financial viability.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure property aesthetics are upheld.
- Enforce lease agreements and community rules while maintaining a respectful relationship with tenants.
- Supervise on-site staff and contractors, providing training and performance evaluations as needed.
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community among residents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a strong understanding of residential leasing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with tenants and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and property management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Real estate license or property management certification is preferred.
- Basic financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
