The AOC Plans Intelligence Officer Chief plays a critical role in managing the operational integrity of communications, detection, and weapons systems that are essential for coordinating air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Manage critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure effective operational coordination.
- Formulate and implement emergency plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios, ensuring preparedness and swift response.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies, facilitating seamless collaboration during crisis situations.
- Evaluate command center information and determine the need for high-level military and government reporting.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
- Provide technical information and expert advice on capabilities and operational readiness to senior leadership.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support mission objectives.
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with operational protocols and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Military Science, Strategic Studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in military operations, intelligence analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of military communication systems and weapons operations.
- Proven experience in emergency management and crisis response strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with surveillance and detection technologies, including radar and satellite systems.
- Relevant certifications in military operations, emergency management, or intelligence analysis are a plus.
