Job Brief
The AOC Operations Naval and Amphibious Liaison Element Afloat Planning Liaison role is critical for managing the seamless operation of communications, detection, and weapons systems essential for effective air, ground, and naval operations. This position requires expertise in coordinating critical communication links between military branches, formulating emergency response plans, and evaluating command center information. A successful candidate will possess strong technical skills and operational readiness to advise on capabilities and direct the operation of weapons targeting systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operation of communication systems vital for air, naval, and ground forces collaboration.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies during natural and wartime disasters.
- Formulate and implement strategic emergency plans to ensure rapid response to incidents.
- Evaluate and analyze command center information for high-level military and government reporting.
- Operate and maintain surveillance and detection systems for real-time situational awareness.
- Provide technical information and recommendations on operational capabilities and readiness.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems.
- Ensure compliance with military protocols and procedures during all operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent military experience.
- Proven experience in military operations, specifically in naval or amphibious environments.
- Strong understanding of communication, detection, and weapons systems.
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating command center operations and reporting.
- Ability to formulate and implement emergency plans under pressure.
- Technical proficiency in surveillance and detection technologies.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills in a multi-agency environment.
- Relevant certifications in military operations or emergency management are a plus.
