Job Brief
The AOC Operations Combat Search and Rescue Officer plays a pivotal role in managing the operation of advanced communications, detection, and weapons systems essential for coordinating air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operation of communications systems to facilitate seamless coordination between air, naval, and ground forces.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive emergency plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies to ensure rapid and effective action during crises.
- Evaluate command center information and determine the need for high-level military and government reporting.
- Manage the operation of surveillance and detection systems to support tactical operations.
- Provide technical information and expert advice on capabilities and operational readiness of military units.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support mission objectives.
- Collaborate with joint forces to enhance interoperability and mission success in combat search and rescue operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Military Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in military operations, particularly in combat search and rescue missions.
- Strong understanding of advanced communication, detection, and surveillance systems.
- Expertise in emergency response planning and execution.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with weapons targeting and launch systems.
- Relevant military certifications and training in AOC operations preferred.
