Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled AOC Operations Air Mobility / Logistics Officer to oversee the operation of vital communications, detection, and weapons systems necessary for the effective control of air, ground, and naval operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in military logistics and operations management, with a focus on emergency response coordination and communication link management. This role requires expertise in formulating and implementing emergency plans, ensuring operational readiness, and providing technical advice on surveillance systems and weapon targeting operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Formulate and implement emergency plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies to effectively manage crisis situations.
- Evaluate command center information and generate high-level military and government reports as needed.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to maintain situational awareness.
- Provide technical information and strategic advice on capabilities and operational readiness of systems.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support mission objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments and training to ensure the operational readiness of logistics and mobility systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in military operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of military communication and surveillance systems.
- Proficient in emergency management and crisis response strategies.
- Ability to analyze complex operational data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in relevant military logistics or operations management frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with weapons systems and targeting technology is highly advantageous.
