Job Brief
The Chief of Operations Staff Officer (Aoc Aadc) is responsible for managing the operations of communications, detection, and weapons systems vital for controlling air, ground, and naval operations. This leadership role requires extensive experience in military operations, emergency response coordination, and technical systems management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of operational readiness and surveillance technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure seamless operations.
- Formulate and implement emergency plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies to respond effectively to crises.
- Evaluate command center information needs and produce high-level military and government reports.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to maintain situational awareness.
- Provide technical information and advice on capabilities and operational readiness.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems.
- Ensure compliance with operational protocols and best practices in military operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military operations or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of communications, detection, and weapons systems.
- Proven experience in emergency management and response coordination.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with military protocols and operational procedures.
- Relevant certifications in military operation management or emergency response are a plus.
