Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the entertainment team to develop new performance ideas and concepts.
- Participate in rehearsals and training sessions to refine performance skills.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during performances and interactions.
- Assist in setting up stages, props, and equipment for shows.
- Collect guest feedback to improve performance quality and audience engagement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in performing arts or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in live performance, theater, or entertainment industry.
- Strong improvisational skills and the ability to adapt to various audience dynamics.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a performance setting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform for extended periods, including standing and engaging in physical activities.
