Job Brief
The Aluminum Pool Installer is responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of aluminum swimming pools, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a solid background in construction, experience with pool installation techniques, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install aluminum pool structures according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Prepare the installation site by excavating, leveling, and preparing the ground for pool placement.
- Assemble and secure aluminum components, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols.
- Document installation processes and report progress to project managers or supervisors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aluminum Pool Installer or in a related construction role.
- Strong knowledge of pool installation techniques and local building regulations.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools related to pool installation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members.
- OSHA certification or relevant safety training is a plus.
