Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Alarm Adjuster to install, program, maintain, and repair security and fire alarm systems. Responsibilities
- Install and configure security and fire alarm systems according to specifications and local codes.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with alarm wiring and equipment, providing timely repairs.
- Program alarm systems to meet customer needs and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and code changes related to alarm systems.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on the operation of their alarm systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in alarm systems is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Alarm Adjuster or similar role in the security industry.
- In-depth knowledge of alarm systems, wiring, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations governing alarm systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
