Job Brief
As an Airline Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating travel arrangements for customers by making and confirming reservations for flights, transportation, and lodging. Responsibilities

- Sell transportation tickets and offer information on various travel packages and promotions.
- Check baggage and guide passengers to their designated concourse, pier, or track as needed.
- Deliver tickets to customers and inform them about package tours and travel information.
- Communicate with individuals and groups to assist in planning travel itineraries tailored to their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, fare structures, and travel industry trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and computer software related to travel booking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing reservations and customer requests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
