Job Brief
As an Airline Pilot Flight Instructor, you will play a crucial role in training and mentoring aspiring pilots, ensuring they meet the necessary standards for safe and effective flight operations. Responsibilities
- Conduct ground school and flight training sessions for pilot candidates, covering flight theory and practical applications.
- Evaluate student pilots’ progress and performance during training flights and ground instruction.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans that meet FAA regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of all flight operations in accordance with federal aviation regulations.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation as required by regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on changes in aviation regulations and best practices in flight training methodologies.
Requirements
- Valid Federal Air Transport Pilot certificate with appropriate ratings for specific aircraft types.
