Job Brief
The Air Liaison and Special Staff role is critical for managing and coordinating communication, detection, and weapon systems to ensure effective control of air, ground, and naval operations. The successful candidate will oversee the operation of critical communication links between military forces, develop and implement emergency plans, and evaluate command center information for high-level military and government reporting. A strong background in military operations, emergency response coordination, and technical system management is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure seamless operations.
- Formulate and implement emergency response plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate the activities of emergency response teams and agencies in high-pressure situations.
- Evaluate and analyze command center information to support high-level military and government reporting.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to enhance situational awareness.
- Provide technical information and advice on military capabilities and operational readiness.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to ensure precision and safety.
- Conduct regular assessments and drills to maintain readiness for various operational scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Military Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in military operations and emergency management.
- Strong technical skills in communication, detection, and weapons systems.
- Familiarity with military protocols and operational readiness standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications in emergency management or related fields are a plus.
- Experience with surveillance technology and command center operations is preferred.
