Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Proven experience in agricultural research, crop management, or soil analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis software.
- Familiarity with pest management practices and sustainable agriculture techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting research findings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to research sites and agricultural fields.
