Job Brief
As an Agricultural Pilot, you will operate fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters to support agricultural operations through aerial application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety and compliance with regulations.
- Operate aircraft for aerial application of agricultural chemicals on designated fields.
- Collaborate with farmers to determine optimal application schedules and methods.
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure safe flying and application practices.
- Maintain accurate records of flights, applications, and compliance with safety standards.
- Adhere to all federal and state aviation and agricultural regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding aerial application services.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Pilot certificate with appropriate ratings for fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters.
